MBA
The aim of the full-time MBA course at UCAM is to allow successful students to gain the skills and experience they need to set up their own business, work in international organizations or direct teams in emerging fields, such as the digital economy. There is a strong focus on empowering students with strong leadership skills that have a multicultural and international emphasis.
Class sizes are relatively small, 25-30 people, ensuring quality one-on-one time with professors. The fees for the full-time MBA are currently €9,000. Academic and sporting scholarships are available. Prospective students will have at least one interview (20-40 minutes), face-to-face or online, that will focus on personal motivations and future expectations.
The full-time, one-year MBA consists of five core modules; ‘Socioeconomic and Legal Environment’, Accounting and Finances’, ‘Commercial Management Marketing’, ‘Human Resources Management’ and ‘Business Organization and Business Strategy’. There is also the option to take a specialization module in financial management and business organization if desired.
In addition, as part of the MBA, all students complete an in-company internship (minimum of 150 hours), allowing them to actively engage with the business world.
Upon completion of the MBA, participants have access to UCAM’s career services. These include SOIL – the ‘Orientation and Work Placement Service’ of UCAM, the university’s employment portal, and the ‘Network of Recruiting Erasmus’, a service that promotes international students to leading organizations throughout Spain.
