The Master of Advanced Studies (MAS), UZH in European and Asian Business Management (70 ECTS) is an executive education master program at university level with a modular structure. Upon completing the program, participants have acquired comprehensive, practice-related knowledge in international business management focused on Europe and Asia. In addition, they will gain crucial language skills either in German or an Asian language. The first part of the program imparts extensive knowledge in economics and business administration, while the second part deals with the specific market and cultural characteristics of Europe and Asia. Moreover, participants apply and deepen their knowledge in a paid mandatory internship lasting at least six months at an international company in Europe or Asia. They therefore become familiar with both European and Asian business cultures and can act as cross-cultural mediators. To complete the program, participants submit a final thesis, which they defend in a disputation.
Target audience:
English speaking working professionals with a Bachelor or Master’s degree who aim to specialize in intercultural management with a focus on Europe and Asia.
