Our MBA purpose is to educate innovative leaders with strategic thinking, global vision and ability to identify the ethical implications of their decisions. Icesi’ s MBA aims at developing student´s management abilities so that they will have a competent performance. In the MBA program, we expect that students can integrate action and thinking, initiative and judgment, as well as concepts and techniques in such a way that they can excel in management positions. Our program will transform the students into several dimensions: SELF-KNOWLEDGE Awareness of the ethical implications of your decisions and defining your career path. INFLUENCE Ability to impact and collaborate with others. CREATIVITY Creative confidence and ability to innovate. MANAGERIAL PERSPECTIVE Capacity to identify the impact of digital technologies in businesses. STRATEGIC THINKING Management knowledge and ability to take advantage of the global environment’s business opprotunities.
