The IAE MBA program focuses on innovation, collaboration and personal growth, connecting global business with the specific challenges of the Latin American context. We prepare our students to successfully navigate macroeconomic volatility, cater to markedly different segments of consumers, understand risk beyond its financial meaning, and build a rich network of personal contacts; emphasizing the importance of soft skills.
We combine academic expertise, practical experience and a strong alumni network to prepare our students to address business in Latin America and beyond with an entrepreneurial mindset. Historically, IAE's MBA students come from almost every country in Latin America, the USA and the European Union. More recently, we welcome an increasing number of students from other emerging markets.
