Carlson Executive MBA Program

The Carlson Executive MBA program is a 20-month MBA program for experienced professionals. Your experiences enrich the learning environment and provide the foundation for a lasting network of friends and colleagues with whom you will start, proceed through, and finish the program. As an Executive MBA student, you will embark on a rigorous course of study that will help you build critical skills in strategy, finance, accounting, and leadership. You will develop a deep understanding of best practices and cutting-edge theories. The curriculum has been designed to shape students to be more effective as they continue to progress in their careers. Your first year includes a comprehensive study of business fundamentals used by successful leaders. In the second year, you'll examine complex management challenges with a truly global focus—including a nine-day study abroad experience and the Global Team Project with colleagues in Europe & China. Executive leadership development is woven throughout the four semesters to truly help you maximize your leadership skills.
