Mannheim MBA Team Wins German Boat Race: MBA News

Updated UpdatedA rowing team from the Mannheim MBA program has won the eighth German MBA Rowing Race, against a team from the WHU MBA program.
Rowing teams from the German MBA programs at Mannheim Business School and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management have competed in the German MBA Rowing Race since 2006, an event modelled on the famous rowing race between UK institutions Oxford University and Cambridge University.
Five Long Years for Mannheim MBA Rowing Team
The Mannheim MBA team's win this year is the first time that the German business school's rowing team has claimed victory over the fellow German business school's WHU MBA team since 2007.
In a period where many European MBA programs have been, or are nearing completion, or have wound down for a summer break, sporting activities such as this and the Cranfield MBA Regatta are a welcome chance for many MBA students to not only let of steam, but to network with fellow MBA students from other schools.
