Students enrich their classroom experience by collaborating with prestigious domestic and international companies on real-world projects, network with executives, entrepreneurs and finance professionals accessing personalized and individual career counselling.

The goal of the program is to develop individuals who can think and act as leaders rather than solely as functional experts. The program is designed for working professionals, with courses held in the evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., who aspire to leadership positions. Entering students will be assessed to measure management skills, communication skills and content knowledge to help determine their individual curriculum.
