Business school to allow student groups to plan networking trips
Instead of a single, two-day trip to New York to visit alumni and prominent firms in consulting, finance, marketing and sports management, officials said student organizations at George Washington University will be able to plan their own excursions, allowing them to visit different cities and focus on different industries to fit better with their own interests.
Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Program Ranks World’s No.1 for Eighth Time
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) joint executive MBA (EMBA) program with the Kellogg School of Management is ranked No.1 in the world in the latest Financial Times (FT) Global EMBA Rankings. Incidentally, they also top the QS Global Joint EMBA Rankings 2017.
EU Business School extends MBA agreement with UCAM
EU Business School (EU) have signed a new agreement with La Universidad Católia de Murcia (UCAM) to increase the number of state-recognised MBA programs available at EU Barcelona to 11. Accredited by UCAM the programs allow students to tailor their MBA more than ever before with specializations that include communication & public relations, international marketing, global banking & finance, leisure & tourism management, and entrepreneurship.
London’s EMBA market grows despite Brexit fears
The FT (subscription required) look at why many business schools feared the Brexit vote in June 2016 would damage applications. So far this has had no effect on EMBA students according to data from various UK business schools. A lot put it down to the flexibility of format and specialization available in London.

Université Paris-Saclay and SATT Paris-Saclay, a company dedicated to taking innovations from academic research to industry, have established a single platform for SMEs to access data from 300 scientific laboratories and experimental platforms. This new ‘Plug in labs’ digital portal aims to promote scientific expertise on a global scale, benefitting not only businesses, but increasing the awareness of all academic research.
