People and Organization

Mars & Co was founded in 1979 by Dominique G. Mars, the firm's Chairman, who was then a Director of Boston Consulting Group. The firm has 300 professionals among its five offices. The offices are run as an integrated whole rather than autonomous units and a significant part of our work is performed by teams staffed out of two or more offices. The firm's principals are multilingual, as are most consultants. Last but not least, all promotions at Mars & Co are from within.
