Inc. analyzed over 3,000 US workplaces from different industries and sectors, surveying their employees on topics such as welfare, trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future, to find the best companies to work for.
Here are this year’s top 10 financial services companies with the best workplaces.
10) Divvy

Kicking-off the top 10 is Divvy, the private fintech start-up behind the Divvy platform, which helps employers from a wide range of businesses manage employee spending and expenses. The company prides itself on their approachable and transparent culture, which fosters a collaborative workplace environment.

And at the top of the list as the best financial services company to work for in the US is management consulting firm 9Gauge, which has provided insights to over 200 companies, from venture backed start-ups to Fortune 100.
