The University of Cape Town Graduate Business School (GSB) has designed a new scheme that is aimed at providing its MBA students with hands-on experience of working within a running company.

Known as the Company Analysis Project (CAP), the course will allow MBA students to examine an organization’s key areas of strategic interest and interview its senior members. The MBA students, who will work in teams, are to then produce a report and presentation that outlines their main findings.

The focus of the MBA student reports is on asking key questions, making recommendations and identifying future opportunities that are hoped will serve as crucial feedback to the Cape Town companies involved.
